This IDC Retail Insights study provides a comprehensive overview of the role of IT to achieve business objectives for 2017 and beyond. It draws on the results of the 2017 IDC Asia/Pacific (Excluding Japan) (APEJ) Retail Trend survey, which included respondents from 260 retailers from Australia, New Zealand, India, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
